Ginger and Spice are pleased to offer a professional and flexible catering service with a very personal touch for a extensive range of parties and functions in the Wiltshire and Gloucestershire area.

I trained initially on a Pru Leith Course before spending a further three months at the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland. Since then I have catered for a wide variety of functions in private homes, hotels and even on film sets – gaining the skills and experience which has enabled me to set up my own catering business called Ginger & Spice.

I have a strong team on hand which enables me to cater for large functions but I am equally happy to cook on my own for a small dinner party. Whatever the size or type of your function – I can cater for you. I can cook the dishes you choose, or can suggest menus to you. I always try to use local and seasonal produce to support local farmers and growers, and will also use organic products if required. I can also prepare food for your freezer.
