PJ’s Bar & Grill was opened in 1990 by restaurateur Brian Stein as a tribute to his love of great food and the sport of polo. Designed with a classic ‘polo joe’ interior, the room pays homage to the great sport with its many displays of polo artefacts and imagery. The unique centre-piece of the double height space is a beautiful, suspended wooden aeroplane propeller from one of the first original Vickers-Vimy c.1911. Today, PJ’s continues to be at the forefront of the Chelsea social scene.Our owner Brian Stein has played polo annually for over 30 years.
